Prints on paper belongs between covers. The viewer come to touch the materials, and can experience the time needed to flip through a book. The leporello format makes it possible to unfold the whole book as one picture.

This artist´s book is the result of a cooperation with the poet Anne Bøe, who wrote haiku poems to accompany the woodblock prints in my series Seas. Both images and words are relating to the empty spaces and you could unfold the book into a frieze over a coastal landscape.
